In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of too388 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while their Account remains active:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. too388 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming best practices and the norms of the Indonesia market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by too388 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of too388 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. too388 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access the wagering and gaming services offered by too388, you must register a single Account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management.

3.1 One Account Per Member. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on too388. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other fields required by the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. too388 will treat any action taken through your Account as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification. too388 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods (Know Your Customer / KYC process). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driver's license) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.5 Account Currency. All Account Balances are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. too388 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. too388 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. too388 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly or within minutes of confirmation. too388 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. too388 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fully met before real-money funds can be withdrawn, unless you choose to forfeit remaining Bonus Funds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Withdrawals will be made only to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• too388 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 may be applied to dormant Accounts to cover maintenance costs, provided the Account Balance is sufficient. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied. No fee will reduce a Balance below zero.

too388 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All promotional offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this clause and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly in the promotion terms.

5.2 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports bets settled as wins or losses typically contribute 100%. Slot titles may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. too388 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other Members to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, too388 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.

5.4 Promotion Validity. All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. too388 may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect Members who have already accepted and begun completing the relevant wagering requirements.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, and accumulator (mix parlay) markets — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the too388 sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute, the rules published at the time the bet was placed shall apply.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by too388 in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation; obvious pricing errors; insufficient evidence of the event result; or violation of betting rules. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account Balance as real-money funds.

6.3 Casino & RNG Games. All casino and slot titles on too388 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are accurate at the time of publication. too388 accepts no liability for technical malfunctions caused by a Member's own hardware, internet connection, or browser during a game session.

6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are final and cannot be disputed once published. Draw schedules are published in WIB. Payout rates for each draw market are displayed before any wager is placed.

6.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum payout per Member per day across all game types combined is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah), unless otherwise agreed in writing with too388 management. This limit applies to both real-money winnings and winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have met wagering requirements.

6.6 Minimum Bet. Minimum bet amounts vary by market and game type and are displayed at the point of wagering. too388 reserves the right to change minimum and maximum bet limits at any time.

too388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of the Platform. too388 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account, contact our support team immediately.

If you feel that your gambling is no longer recreational and may be causing harm to you or others, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool or contact our 24/7 support team for guidance on available resources. too388 will honor all self-exclusion requests promptly and without question.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on too388 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-driven tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Match-fixing or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting).
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent deposit reversals.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at too388 staff.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.

All content on too388 — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game interfaces, graphic designs, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of too388 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any too388 content.

The too388 name and logo may not be used in any form — including in advertising, social media, or third-party websites — without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, too388 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or hardware malfunctions on your end.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by you based on information available on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and game rules.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit too388's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. too388 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Clause 4.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by too388. too388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, too388 may forfeit any Balance, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings at its discretion. Closure does not release you from any obligations to too388 that arose prior to the closure date, including outstanding debts or obligations resulting from chargebacks.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which too388 holds its international operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Members upon written request to our support team.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that online betting and gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you bear sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your country of residence. too388 makes no representation that the Platform is legal, available, or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our support team will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

too388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of too388 following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. too388 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform after an extended absence.
